Getting a cold, thinking about Jim💪🏽🤧🐒 what I do extra, next to healthy meals, to get rid of an upcoming cold asapppp🥹 also… don’t force yourself, gym will wait!🩷

1. I swear my cats are my comfy animals🥹 they always make me smile and make me feel better.
2. I started adding Lionsmane to my matcha everyday, mostly to support my adhd, but it’s great for brain health in general 🧠✨ the crushed green tea leaves in matcha have a high anti oxidant level and add a little pep up with the caffeine in there as well 🍵🤧.
3. The veggie prep is always so satisfying😜🙂 just throwing a bunch of greens in my sink with a bit of baking soda to get rid of the nasties & I have greens for a week after. They stay so fresh when I use this method!!🌱 also great for juicing because I don’t want to be drinking pesticides🙃.
4. ✨juice✨ of the day: 2 or 3 celery sticks, 1/4 cucumber, 1 piece of ginger, 1 piece of Vennel, lime juice + pinch of salt to add in some electrolytes for hydration.
5. Adding creatine, which I drink each day, to keep it on a certain level for when I go back to the gym *after* being sick. It the most researched supplement and I use 5gr a day, which eventually enhances muscle recovery and strenght when you do lift again!💪🏽.
