And so tomorrow it all begins again ✨

I was hesitant to share this because I was afraid people would think that all I do is complain, leave then come back, but really the past 5 years were a challenge.

I grew. I healed. I evolved from a lost and wounded child to a healing woman with a vision. Fought many internal battles that I was too insecure to share as an active competitive skating.

My weight. The injuries. The mental struggle. The toxic behaviours. The Survival mindset. The Self pity state. I went through a whirlwind of emotions and as I was navigating through it all, discovering who I was, making bold decisions… I had so many thoughts and things I wanted to share, never knowing where to start.

It was intense, it was crazy, but I think that starting this 2023 season I’ll be able to share this full journey from beginning to end, the lessons learned and the initiative taken to make the skating and athletic world a better place. And I do believe that I can be a part of that change, on and off the ice.

To God be the Glory 🙏🏿 I am more than thankful for everything done. Excited for tomorrow despite not being ready at all, I hope you’ll enjoy as much as I will.
