001 - I had a session with my sports psychologist yesterday @adrian_dutertre and he told me ONE key thing:

KEEP IT SIMPLE.

So that’s what I’ll do — keep this journey simple and share it with you all! ✨

This summer was an unusually but necessarily slow and I loved it. The last bit of healing necessary happened, and now we’re getting ready to tackle this new season ⛸️✨

Thankful for the encounters, the opportunities, the love & the support, much needed in a pivotal part of my growth process 🫶🏾
