How I fit my @rwl Beats & Burn programme into my day at home 🏡 AD
I like to workout first thing in the morning - it sets me up for my day & it’s a bit of me time before the kids wake up! We’re moving house soon so this week is the final push & I’ve found getting up earlier to workout really boosts my motivation for packing too 🙏🏻
When life is busy it’s so easy to let my diet slip and opt for convenience meals & snacks. I decided to fully commit to Beats & Burn from both a fitness & food aspect! The example meal guide inspired me this week, so I’ve been making the yoghurt chicken pittas for me & the kids for lunch. It’s such a simple recipe with minimal ingredients, but sooooo tasty & high in protein too. Enjoyed even more in the sunshine ☀️
