There is still so much anxiety, guilt, shame and judgement when it comes to feeding our babies. The reality is that this should be something that calms us and connects us to our little ones. Kingsley and I have gone on quite the journey when it comes to feeding and I feel as though I’ve gotten to see the internal and external pressures that come along with every phase. We breastfeed (in private and in public), we bottle feed and we have recently begun supplementing with formula. ALL of these phases were carefully considered and thought out on my end and all of these choices feel right for Kinglsey and my circumstances. I landed on a formula I would be comfortable supplementing with and mapped out how often I chose to do so.
