Having dark blonde hair is such a chore when colouring! Does anybody else feel the same way? I'm a 7 on the hair colour scale, with dark blonde being too light to be a brunette but too dark to be a blonde. In the summer my hair becomes multitonal as if it's been highlighted by the sun and looks so pretty when left natural, but we always seem to want everything that we don't have when it comes to hair. If we're born with straight hair we crave curly, dark hair we want light, short hair we want long which is why experimenting with hair extensions and wigs is such a quick and convenient way to have the best of both. Now that I'm 9 months post hair transplant surgery and can consider my final hair style and colour I think I'll take inspiration from this pretty wig and have a balayage of my dark blonde roots and light blonde tips so that I can enjoy the best of both worlds without compromising on the health and quality of my hair.
