My easy whipped cream tip 🤍

It’s super important that cream is chilled if you’re planning on whipping and thickening it, since cold cream will get to the desired consistency much quicker ✨ Because of this, it’s good practice to chill the bowl and whisk before using them. And, to keep the bowl cold, you can use this tip:

Sit the bowl on a bag of frozen peas to immediately chill it, ready for your cream 😎

I used this tip to make basil Chantilly cream for my strawberry and cream hotdogs - the ideal BBQ dessert 🙌🏻
