Now that we’ve covered iced, here’s how to brew Samra Blend Vol. 1 via our favorite method for hot - the pour over. Grab a bag at select cafes and follow along at home.

What You’ll Need:
Samra Blend Vol. 1
12oz Mug
Scale
Carafe
Dripper
Filter
Grinder

How To Prepare:
1. Grind 25g of Samra Blend Vol 1.
2. Grab a clean carafe and place dripper on top
3. Add coffee and bloom to 60g
4. At 40 seconds, bring the total water weight to 150g
5. at 1:10, bring the total water weight to 250g
6. at 1:40, bring the total water weight to 350g
7. Let the coffee finish brewing, then pour into your favorite mug
