What You’ll Need:
12oz Glass
Samra Blend Vol. 1
Scale
Carafe
Dripper
Filter
Grinder

How To Prepare:
1. Grind 25g of Samra Blend Vol 1.
2. Measure 100g of ice into a clean carafe, place dripper on top
3. Add coffee and bloom to 40g
4. At 40 seconds, bring the total water weight to 125g
5. at 1:10, bring the total water weight to 200g
6. Let the coffee finish brewing then pour over a cup two-thirds full of ice
