You should know by now that I live for getting the f outside! ⛰️

I workout indoors, ALOT. But, no matter how convenient indoor workouts are, I feel SO amazing working out, OUTside. Afterall, they don’t call it “working in.” 😆

If possible, I always try to kill 2 birds with one stone. Soak up some vitamin D while you whip that 🍑 into shape.
