I agree with vegans: we shouldn’t have diary and meat … not the industrial one 🏭

🐄 Cows are kept on feedlots and fattened up on a high-carb diet of grain and corn. This makes them fall sick and they’re then given antibiotics on a regular basis…these are the constituents of conventional milk (yes, even organic) that is widely available in supermarkets today.
🐄🌱 Raw grass fed milk is full of vitamins, enzymes, proteins, good fats and sugar as well as enzymes that help you digest lactose — industrial milk is stripped of those enzymes hence so many of us are lactose intolerant).
🐄 Grass-fed dairy typically contains higher levels of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids (ALA and CLA) which have been associated with fast metabolism and weight loss. Industrial dairy products, on the other hand, may have higher levels of omega-6 fatty acids, which are more pro-inflammatory when consumed in excess.
🐄 Grass-fed dairy products may have higher levels of certain vitamins like D, A and E & minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
