Had quite an “interesting” call early this morning … I had meditated and was feeling calm and content and so grateful for this moment I’m living in my life right now… and then, I got this call… And little by little I started noticing how my mood was changing, how from being all happy and content I was starting to feel anxious and sad and worried… When I hang up I stayed there for a few seconds, just allowing myself to feel my feelings, even if they weren’t the most comfortable ones… some tears came, I let them roll down my cheeks and then I realized it was TOTALLY OK! I realized, I AM OK! More than ok! Is not because you have a few difficult moments that your whole center and Joy have to just blow away and affect your whole day! It’s ok to get affected sometimes, specially if it’s by people you love! Of course!
