The one variation no one is talking about for a bigger back 💪🏾
When it comes to lat pull downs we often think of two variations, the supinated grip and the pronated grip.
However there is a 3rd variation called the neutral grip.
The neutral grip also called a Swiss grip or hammer grip is where your hands are in a neutral position and are neither supinated or pronated. So why should you do this variation?
1. Provides a safer alternative to those who have shoulder or wrist problem

But what if there isn’t a neutral grip bar at the gym? Don’t worry! There’s a great gum friendly alternative, using the bar you have grab 2 cable handles (preferably with the roped loop) and loop them through the bar, this will give you a neutral grip position and unlock that 3rd variation for better back muscle development 🔥
