Jason Neroni isn’t here to play. At his newest spot Best Bet (@bestbetpizzeria), opening July 25, blistered wood-fired pizzas are only the start of a menu that features sweet corn raviolo with basil butter and smoked corn husk; tomato leaf-encrusted burrata; and a ricotta zeppole giostra resembling a savory churro, topped with shaved black truffle.
