I recorded the first ever episode of @fromtheheartpodcast - Leas birth story - when I was one week postpartum in 2017. Today, at two weeks postpartum, I sat down to share how I freebirthed Finn. It feels so big, having arrived at this place. Like I’ve just closed a cycle and also began a brand new one.
