When Dante opens atop the Maybourne Beverly Hills on July 4, it will mark the first standalone location of the beloved cocktail destination outside of New York City. Caffe Dante has been a Greenwich Village staple for more than a century, while a West Village outpost opened in 2020. The rooftop restaurant will offer lunch and dinner, sweeping views of the city and Hollywood Hills, and plenty of aperitivo-style drinks.

Dante Beverly Hills will serve signature cocktails like the Garibaldi (Campari and fluffy orange juice) and the Negronis, spritzes, and martinis it's known for — as well as some only-in-LA drinks like a fluffy margarita and celery paloma.
