FAVOURITE ABS WORKOUT ✨ Here are some of my current fave exercises put into a spicy workout 🔥🔥🔥

3 ROUNDS
45sec ON / 15sec REST between

▪️1. SIDE PLANK CRUNCH
- move slowly, stretch as long as you can & aim to touch knee to elbow

▪️2. CRUNCH PRESS REACH
- keep constant pressure between knee & elbow (the harder you press, the harder it is!)

▪️3. AB SWING
- keep your feet wide & squeeze your legs to anchor down your lower body.
- reach your arms and aim to touch your outside knee

▪️4. LONG KNEELING PLANK REACH
- elbows are further forward than a regular elbow plank.
- keep the core pulled in and body still as you reach arms forward.

Each exercise focuses on maintaining stability while your limbs move - a great way to work the deep core stabilisers 👌🏼

This is important for balance, coordination and improving efficiency in your moment. Think: more efficient running, more power in your lower body exercises & less risk of injury or strain in your back ⚡️#abexercises #homeworkout #absworkout
