WORKOUT AT BRUCE’s BEACH Tomorrow, Saturday the 10th, we are getting together at Bruce’s Beach, which is located by 26th street in Manhattan Beach at 9am for a great workout, opened to public. We will be working on concentration, flexibility, calisthenics and relaxation. Although we worked out here for years, this is the first time I’ll be leading the class.
