There are so many ways to bake a potato but my favorite has to be my Crusty Baked Potatoes with Whipped Feta. The skin comes out crusty with rosemary, lemon, and salt and the creamy feta on top is out of this world! They're beyond easy to make and perfect with a grilled steak. Recipe link in profile.
