Back Edition 🦍
A staple in my back routine, the Lat Pull-down is a great exercise if you’re looking to strengthen and widen your back 💪🏾
It has lots of benefits but when done correctly without compromising form! Avoid doing this when you pull-down:
❌ Arching your Back - Instead keep a strict posture or angle back slightly with Pugh arching your back.
❌ Using Momentum - If you’re using momentum your lifting too heavy, drop the weight and focus more on each successful contraction.
❌ Pulling Down too far - If your elbows go backward, expect excessive strain on your shoulder! You should only lower the bar to just below your chin/ upper chest.
