Tips for having a mindful meal

🍎Sit Down to Eat
🍤Chew Slowly & Fully
🥯Smell Your Food
🍍Notice the Colors
🥑Notice the Textures
🥭Notice All the Flavors (how many can you taste?)

Stay in that moment for the 5-10 minutes it takes you to finish your food. I find that this has many added benefits for me such as…

⭐️Feel Recharged
⭐️More Satiated
⭐️More Satisfied
⭐️Happier in General
