Before taking a daily injection to treat Sleeping Sickness, Simaya Loboka and other patients at the Kajo Keji Civil Hospital in South Sudan must eat a meal to cope with the side effects of the treatment. The Sleeping Sickness ward is run by MSF (Doctors Without Borders) were all patients are treated for free.
