Superfoods are overrated... 😏 but if I had to pick one, it’d be ground beef, for sure.
It’s a valuable source of protein and B vitamins, which matters for two reasons:
✅ High-quality protein helps us to grow and maintain muscle mass - which is important whether you’re hitting 5x5 squats, or simply feeling less stable with age. Your muscle mass is going to be a huge determinant of the severity of falls/fractures.
✅ Our bodies don’t store or produce B vitamins, meaning that we *have* to source them from our diet. Ground beef provides a super convenient and tasty way to do so, if you ask me!
Don’t live off the stuff, but certainly incorporate it regularly, as another means to #EarnYourFreedom 💪
