柏田テツヲさんのインスタグラム写真 - (柏田テツヲInstagram)「#Repost @remindersphotographystronghold with @use.repost ・・・ 5/18 18時〜写真集制作ワークショップ「PHOTOBOOK AS OBJECT 2023 PART 1」参加者による公開プレゼンテーションプレゼン参加アーティスト紹介 #04 Tetsuo Kashiwada (日本 ) 柏田テツヲ @tetsuokashiwada Title : WARASONO 片田舎に住んでいる両親と両親が住む家を私は撮影している。一人っ子の私は、両親との話し合いの中でこの家を引き継がないと決まった時から両親は家のことを含めた終活が始まった。私が帰省する度に、家具などをまとめて捨てる父の作業光景を目にする。片や母は庭で季節ごとに花を育ている。父の捨てるという行為、片や母の花を育てるという行為。その時間の裏側には生と死が見え隠れしている。玄関先には母が大切に育てた花が生けてある。 I am photographing my parents and the house they live in in a rural area. I am an only child and when it was decided in discussions with my parents that I would not take over this house, my parents began their SHUKATSU activities (A common habit in Japan of tidying up the belongings after their retirement before people get too old or ill to do so) including the house. Whenever I return home, I see my father working on the house, throwing away all the furniture and other things. My mother, on the other hand, grows seasonal flowers in her garden. My father's act of throwing things away and my mother's act of growing flowers: behind this time, life and death can be seen and hidden.
