How to do a WALL SIT -
Find a clear wall space
Line your feet up with your hips (About a foot apart)
Sit down at a 90° angle
Knees should line up over feet
Twinkle your toes every now and then. 👣
Don’t use your arms for support 🙃

If you don’t reach two minutes don’t be discouraged😄 but if you don’t mind I’ll set a goal for you and maybe you can aim reach two minutes at some point!
