Let's make a Whipped Greek Yogurt Dip!

🍅 Ingredients 🍅


For the dip: 
• 2 cups Chobani Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt 
• Zest of one lemon 
• Kosher salt 
• Extra-virgin olive oil
• Pita chips, for serving

For the salsa:
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
• 1 large jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, and finely chopped 
• 1 large shallot, finely chopped 
• 1/3 cup roughly chopped walnuts (optional)
• Black pepper
• Juice of 1 lemon 

🥗 Directions 🥗

1️⃣ Make the whipped yogurt dip. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with the lemon zest and a big pinch of salt. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust the salt to your liking. 
2️⃣ Make the salsa. In another bowl, combine the tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, shallots, and walnuts (if using). Season with a big pinch of kosher salt and black pepper. Add the lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Toss to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. 
3️⃣ Assemble the dip. Spread the whipped yogurt dip on a serving plate. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then spoon the salsa on top. Serve with pita chips.
