Letting myself dive into new world. Through facing and dealing with each unknown situation, starting to seek for things that match with my capability intuitively or consciously, and I come along with aligning and mixing all new world through fails and successes as result. I mean this in a way ‘growth’, eventually we say ‘evolution’.

We can get a feeling that we grow with success. We can say we grew as we could cover a step wider. And here we definitely have a turning point. To "take wings" or to "spread roots" as next step.

Wing and root is functionally incompatible. But both affects the direction of which way to evolve. Both have huge possibilities.
.
Fly up the sky with weighing lighter, stronger wings and see everything from up haze above. Or growing roots deep into the ground, nourishing from stem to thick trunk, and bloom with huge leaves. Of course there are numerous ways of evolution cases.
.
But each case was historically fatal. In a single lifetime, plants taking root can’t fly through the sky, and birds don’t know the world underground. Now we can see the history and process of evolution, and the fact that earth has sky, sea, and mountains. Also we have the ability to wear wing, and spread root. Then which way should I choose? It’s an envious dilemma. Or anyway, both in one time?

And I can’t stop dreaming without sleep, the next morning comes without any changes 🤷‍♂️ Today is another day. #everyday

無理やり新しい環境に身を置いてみる。難しい局面ばかりが目の前に現れる。意識してか本能的にか、とにかく自分にできることを探し始め、そこから手をつけてなんとかしていく。今までの自分との共通点を見つけ、全く新しい世界との境界線を馴染ませていく。これをある意味成長といい、ひいては進化ということになる。

何かを成し遂げると、成長している実感を得ることができる。実際、ひとつ広い領域をカバーできるようになるのだから、成長していると言えるのだろう。

そしてここに必ず、ターニングポイントがある。
その次は、根を張っていくのか、翼を手に入れるのかだ。根と翼は、機能的には相容れないが、どちらも進化の方向性を大きく左右する。どちらも大きな可能性を秘めている。
.
身を軽くし、翼の力をどんどんつけて、大空を駆り、海を渡るか。地中深く根を張り、養分を吸収して茎から幹へ。大きな葉をたくさん携えて花を咲かせるのか。もちろんその中間をいく無数の進化の過程がある。
.
ただ、それらは選べなかった。一度の生涯において、根を張った植物は空を飛べないし、鳥は地中深くの世界を知らない。根も翼もひれも持っていないが、今や地球には空と海と山があると当たり前のように知ってしまった。そして、根を張る力も翼も手に入る。としたら、どっちを選ぶべきか。これは贅沢な悩みなのかもしれない。いやいや、やっぱり両方なのか？

なんてことを眠れもせずモヤモヤと妄想しきったころ、何ひとつ変わらない次の朝がやってくる 🤷‍♂️
毎日楽しいったらありゃしないぜ。
