I got into yoga last year as a way to strengthen mind/body connections but I didn’t realize how simply joyful the flows would feel 😊 It’s been a great supplement to my climbing. This lil warm-up activates my shoulders, spine, and hips! I like to pause at the top of each pose to really feel the muscle stretch.
