We went on a bourbon tour today. This the room with the beer well. It's when the grain mash has been fermented and is waiting to go into the beer still to be distilled and turned into bourbon. I hate bourbon, but it's ok I learned some stuff and had fun with @andrewbt @mattsegal and @saraviolett yay!!!!
