Hands up if you’re as crazy for cheese as me?

My cranberry and cheese puff pastry Christmas tree, super simple and can be made a variety of flavour combos.

Goat’s cheese, Brie and Camembert make perfect partners with the tartness of the cranberries. If you don’t have cranberry jam, use redcurrant jelly or lingonberry jam (which is easier to get hold of here in Sweden).

You can easily just do cheese on it’s own or alternatively replace the jam with an old style grainy mustard and switch the soft cheese to a hard mature cheese like Gruyère, Comté or Cheddar.
