The forgotten sissy squat!! Don't let the name fool you went done correctly this are a killer! I love super-setting these with walking lunges at the end of my leg workout!! I have already done leg ext 4 x 15 reps, leg press 4 x 8-12 reps and hack squats 4 6-10 reps. to finish i do 15 lunges each leg the.
