Combine in a sauce pan: Orange, lime, and lemon juice. Add in zest from citrus and honey. Heat on high, stirring occasionally. Once it begins to bubble, turn off the heat and let it cool. Muddle a helping of diced cucumber chunks, a few basil and mint leaves. Add 1/4 cup of the cooled citrus juice and honey mixture, 1.5 oz of Jose Cuervo Plata, 3/4 cup of sparkling water and ice to each glass. Stir it up and soak up the Surfer's Delight!
