This Friday @ハンナ・ミレイ and @propulsion_swim are going to be doing a Swimming Parent Support live stream, supported by @theapraceclub’s Kev Pickard (@kevinpickard88).

We really want to get the discussion going about normalising menstruation as well as talking about the effect it has in the sport of swimming.

This will be a Q+A session for parents to join for FREE at 7pm on Friday 11th.
