Week 3: Peanut Butter & Jelly 🥞

Needed a strong comeback after last week so I wanted to throw in the ol’ faithful: Peanut Butter 🥜

Found this recipe from “a couple cooks”

½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour (I tried a natural almond flour)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons light brown sugar (or granulated sugar)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 large egg (for vegan, replace with ¼ cup dairy free milk)
¼ cup creamy peanut butter (I used a little more 😏)
1 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
