My thoughts on people being scared about starting their “fitness journey” ..

▪️Don’t be scared of what other people think of you at the gym. BE scared that you’re letting someone else dictate your happiness & success 👊🏼

▪️BE scared that you’ll end up in the same spot as last year. Time goes by a lot faster than we think. Think about the progress you could have already made if you started at this time last year..

▪️BE scared that you’re letting your health & physical ability go to waste. All of our windows on health are slowly closing. Father time is undefeated. Take advantage of it now before it’s too late 💪🏼
