Hello everyone 🙏🏽🌿
As promised earlier on stories, here is a variation of sun salutation I practiced this morning.
I recommend taking it slower in the beginning and slowly making in more fluidly, ending with longer permanences in each asana. Repeating this sequence 5 to 10 times is already a great practice.
