Do you like full body exercises? Which one is your favorite?
I love full body exercises! They are so fun and a great way to challenge your coordination! However, it is still so important to practice your staple exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press, pull downs, etc) because certain muscle groups are stronger than others so you won’t be able to challenge them if you’re only doing full body exercises.
