This is what I’ve told them… my BIGGEST tip I can give you is to switch your perspective. If you didn’t achieve exactly what you set out to achieve during the challenge, that is OKAY. You can actually turn the situation into a positive if you take the right steps now. You can think of this as a LEARNING experience and actually grow from here.   For example, if your goal was to wake up at 6am every day to complete your workouts but maybe only did a few times a week, I want you to think about why that is. Was this an unachievable goal? If so, next time you need to set yourself a goal that’s more realistic. Were you unprepared to achieve this goal? Then next time you can make a specific plan to help you feel more prepared. Whatever the reason was that you didn’t achieve your goal, you need to acknowledge that reason and then GROW and LEARN from here.   So many things in life are about your perspective, it’s SO important. So BBG Community, be proud of everything that you DID achieve during the challenge, and use any “failures” or “mistakes” that you made as an opportunity to learn.
