You can go to any market to find an auntie wrapping them fresh at 6am to cook at home (as I did) or go to any cafe and enjoy a bowl for as little as £1-2. - - - - - - - - - - - - - Today I thought it would be fitting, to eat these wonton for breakfast. They always remind me of tortellini en brodo which are eaten as the first course on Christmas Day in Northern Italian households. That’s exactly the thing that excites me about food, the parallels and the differences and the discussion that happens in the middle.
