It is also where youth team soccer tournaments are held! There is even a soccer shrine! ⚽️✨ J-Village continues to be a important place for young athletes and soccer players across Japan! ⚽️💕 During the first couple of years following the Great East Japan Earthquake, J-Village supported clean up and relief work. The green fields were converted into parking lots and temporary housing for workers who came to assist in cleanup efforts. ❤️ The reopening of J-Village, and the return of the green fields stands as a symbol of hope and shows how far recovery efforts has progressed since the disaster!
