Basically no such thing as TMI here 🤷‍♀️ we’re all family 🥰
so here I am on my third period postpartum loving on my body unapologetically🙏

I was anxious and dreading what my first period would be like after birth😬 Some people said it was 6 weeks, 3 months or some said it took 2years soooo that was reassuring👀😂

So the day before thanksgiving I got an early prezzie from Mother Nature and I was 7months PP. it wasn’t too bad and I was super relieved, tracked it and thought ok so back to regular proceedings.

Well Christmas Day hit and the period pains, cramps, tiredness HIT like a MF😭

Took me out for about 3days (I’m sure you can relate) then this month I was 2 weeks late and got worried all over again. Turns out I’ve been Breastfeeding and pumping more so that could have made it irregular.

So I guess I’m sharing this to normalise and celebrate all our bodies go through and to remind you and your body you’re incredible! And hoping you give yourself some love today too❤️

And yes indeed my sports bra and joggers are @aerie #aerieReal 🔥💕
