Or doing pull-ups! However, I’m not competing anymore and my perspective on life and climbing has changed. So I feel it’s only natural my body has changed with it.. Nor has it been a normal 12 months! In the past, I would turn to ‘weight loss’ to help make me feel stronger. And while this sometimes worked, it wasn’t always fun and I wasn’t stronger, just lighter. Being a different person now, I choose to get stronger first and keep it fun.
