Hello again! Jess here from @detailsandscribbles with a sample of how I practice my handwriting, lettering, or calligraphy.
It all starts the same way...the alphabet.
If I am trying a new style I will plan it out and then write it over and over until making the shapes is more natural. Then I will move on to making different words and find all the unique letter connections.
Sometimes a song, poem or lyrics make for great practice.
I promise the more you practice the easier it gets - your hand almost knows what to do by itself.
