Hello! I’m Kyria, the artist behind @wolfandbear.co and Wolf and Bear, a business I run with my husband Nigel, who takes care of the graphic design side of things. I’m passionate about the natural world and eco-responsibility. I love science, outer space, history, plants, and all things magical... in fact, most things about the natural world feel pretty magical to me, and I think that shows up in the fanciful way I combine elements in my artwork, like my cosmic dinosaur collection.⁠

For most of my ink pieces (like this Cosmic T-Rex Skeleton), I depend on my trusty MICRON 01 pen to get started on the details, and then fill in larger spaces with a combination of larger MICRON pens, like the 05 and 08. For stippling, I tend to use a MICRON 005 for a very fine effect. If I need to add stars, I use a GELLY ROLL White pen from SAKURA.⁠
