Here's the result of Sunday I've spent in the kitchen.

It was a lot of work to make Malakoff torte but I've learned so much and had tone of fun. There was baking sponge, making biscottis, espresso cream and rum sirup. Once you make it yourself you know, that your slice shouldn't be too thick ;)

The cake turned delicious, especially after night in the fridge but I feel it could be better so it's higly possible I'll repeat it soon :)
