毎朝、スムージーか酵素ジュースかフルーツジュースだけに心掛けている。朝は整える時間だから。コールドプレスジュースは、割高だけど、酵素をなるべく壊さず圧搾してくれるからやっぱりいいよね。

Every morning, I only try smoothies, enzyme juices, or fruit juices. It's time to "prepare" in the morning. Cold pressed juice is expensive, but it's good because it squeezes enzymes as little as possible.

シトラス フラッシュも酸っぱくて超好み❤️
ビタミンCを含む柑橘で、フルーティで 甘酸っぱい、フレッシュな1杯。

お供にいただいたのは『黒いちじくとカカオニブのマフィン』！ヴィーガンとグルテンフリーにこだわって作ってるらしいよ。いちじく好きとしては甘みがほんのり程度で、すっごく好きでした♪
