Last year’s home projects: added picture frame molding to first floor (you can see it in this photo), put some furniture in the sunroom and made it my office/tv room (photos to come soon!), and updated the kids’ green bathroom.

This year’s goal: give the kitchen a facelift (not a full reno) and pick a damn staircase runner. I swear, that’s the hardest decision of all.
