I hurt for our Country, I’m angered at the non punishment of these domestic terrorists and feeling hopeless but charged up to do my part. If you follow me you know that I’ve been posting my trampoline workouts. Partially because they keep accountable and because I want to share with you my forms of self care. I work out because my body and mind crave it and I walk away feeling clearer and stronger. I picked this new form of work out in early December because my body and mind were craving a new challenge, something that would push me to learn more about myself. What are you doing to take care of yourselves these days?
