This year, I’m not making a resolution “do less” of something. I always try and maintain a lifestyle that is centered around balance and am already hard enough on myself for that. I will though, resolve to be more mindful and thoughtful in appreciating the little things. I will be kinder to myself and others, and give myself the space to learn and grow however that manifests. If there’s anything we’ve learned, it’s that a lot in our life is luxury, that we don’t “need” to survive and I don’t plan on forgetting that when life goes back to a new normal.
