Trying not to lose all my strength this pregnancy! Surfing keeps me motivated to stay in shape so I can get back to strong surfing after birth! My cross training is down to about 30% and I’m focusing more on simple stuff like walking and playing with the kids in the ocean. But I’m still getting in the gym with a pretty gentle workout 1-3x a week! I’m also focusing on nutrition, rest and having good family fun! I’m just so excited to meet our lil 👼🏽
